In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.

Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you're behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.

Production Team Member

Help make the doughnuts that make someone’s day.

Enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team? Join Krispy Kreme as a Hotlight Team Member and help create doughnuts our customers love. Working on the production line in our iconic theatre store, you’ll bring care, enthusiasm and attention to detail to every batch, keeping quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.

What you’ll be doing

• Making doughnuts to Krispy Kreme specifications, measuring and mixing ingredients accurately and keeping production on schedule.
• Working with your team to make sure every doughnut meets our quality standards and customers’ expectations.
• Following the production plan and supporting stock planning and preparation for the next shift.
• Completing daily production paperwork accurately.
• Following health and safety, food safety and hygiene procedures, keeping your uniform neat and your workspace clean as you go.
• Supporting colleagues and helping in other production areas when needed.

What you’ll bring

• Experience operating machinery, equipment or processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a food environment, with good awareness of health and safety and food safety.
• Experience working towards targets and meeting deadlines as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills and the initiative to take ownership of your work.
• A positive, enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to putting customers first and doing things properly without cutting corners.
