About us
Krispy Kreme is famous for its doughnuts, which it says are handmade, decorated and delivered fresh every day by its team members. In the UK it hires across four areas: retail stores, bakery and manufacturing, logistics, and its support office in Frimley, Surrey.
Where people work: in its stores as retail sales assistants and shift leaders, serving doughnuts and drinks and keeping the store running; in its factories in food production, processing and technical roles; and in its logistics network, where drivers deliver fresh doughnuts every day from its factories to its stores, grocery partners and motorway service stations across the country.
What it offers: Krispy Kreme lists a pension, life assurance and holiday for everyone, with a yearly bonus, private healthcare and car allowance depending on role. Retail and operations teams get a uniform. Staff get free doughnuts on shift and 50% off when not working, plus the WeCare health and wellbeing service (24/7 access to a UK-based GP, mental health support and legal or financial guidance) and support from GroceryAid. There are also company-funded social events, and training through e-learning, in-person courses and funded qualifications.
Values: its Global Leadership Mix sets out twelve values, among them "Appreciate our differences", "Grow our peeps" and "Master your craft".
Sustainability: Krispy Kreme reports that it diverts 100% of its food waste from landfill to animal feed and anaerobic digestion.
