About us
Inspired by Raymond’s childhood, Brasserie Blanc started out with one simple aim, to create seasonal, sustainable French food at affordable prices.
Over 25 years later, it is fair to say we have remained true to this. We embrace the uniqueness of each brasserie and this is reflected in their decor. We are distinctly French but with a playful twist.
Since our first brasserie opened in Oxford, we’ve grown into a family of fourteen restaurants, all sharing Raymond’s passion for sustainability and seasonality.
