What You'll Be Doing

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional food and service by:

Preparing and presenting dishes to menu specifications, maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Supporting and mentoring new team members with positive, respectful coaching.
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every shift.

👓What We're Looking For

We're looking for chefs who are passionate about great food and thrive under pressure.

You'll ideally have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Chef de Partie.
Relevant professional catering qualifications.
Experience within high-volume catering or hospitality environments.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
A passion for delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.
