Where You’ll Be Working

Samuel Pepys is a busy riverside London pub located on the North Bank of the Thames between Cannon Street and Blackfriars. A hidden gem in the heart of the City, the stylish loft-style bar and restaurant boasts spectacular river views and our busy function room is a popular venue for meetings and events in the area.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of the pub’s day-to-day operations and overall performance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiency to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Drive sales and implement initiatives to grow the business.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with senior management to deliver company objectives.
