👨‍🍳 Cook Up the Matchday Experience at Birmingham City FC! Experienced Chefs & Chef de Parties Wanted

We're looking for passionate, skilled chefs who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional food across our premium hospitality lounges, restaurants and retail catering outlets on matchdays.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality food to company specifications.
• Supporting the delivery of premium hospitality and stadium catering operations.
• Working across multiple kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the preparation and delivery of matchday menus.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures are followed.
• Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries and kitchen organisation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
• Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

What we're looking for:

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Previous experience and a good understanding of stadium or large-scale event catering is essential.
• A valid Level 2 Food Safety Certificate is required.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, allergen awareness and kitchen safety.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume catering environment.
• A positive attitude, excellent teamwork skills and a passion for producing quality food.

This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Birmingham City FC throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.

Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Friday 31st July
• Saturday 22nd August

...and all remaining Birmingham City FC home fixtures throughout the season.
