We're looking for experienced bartenders who are confident delivering high-end, corporate hospitality service in a busy matchday setting, ensuring every guest receives a first-class experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering premium bar service within hospitality suites and lounges at Villa Park.
• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Providing fast, friendly and professional service to corporate guests.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across all drinks offerings.
• Understanding correct glassware, garnishes and presentation standards.
• Promoting and serving 0% and low-alcohol options with confidence.
• Keeping bar areas clean, stocked and well-presented at all times.
• Handling transactions accurately where required.
• Following all Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH procedures.

What we're looking for:

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• Minimum of 1 year bar experience is essential.
• Previous experience in a pub, restaurant, nightclub or hospitality venue required.
• Strong understanding of corporate or premium hospitality service.
• Excellent knowledge of drinks, including beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
• Confident understanding of garnishes, glassware and presentation standards.
• Awareness of the importance of 0% and alcohol-free offerings in modern hospitality.
• A positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

This is a Casual Matchday Position

This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work at Villa Park – home of Aston Villa FC throughout the football season and at other exciting events where available.

Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Monday 28th July
• Monday 4th August
• Thursday 28th August

...and all remaining Aston Villa home fixtures throughout the season.
