We’re looking for confident, energetic Bartenders and Mixologists to join our Hospitality Team at Swansea City AFC, working at the iconic Swansea.com Stadium.

From thrilling matchdays to exclusive corporate and private events, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

With flexible shifts available across Swansea, Cardiff City, and other exciting venues, no two days are ever the same. You choose when you can work! 💪🏻🦢

🕒 What We Offer:

• Flexible casual part-time shifts to fit around your lifestyle

• Weekly pay starting from £13.45 per hour

🍹 The Role:

As part of our hospitality bar team, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to hospitality and VIP guests

• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally

• Work confidently in a busy, high-energy environment

• Bring a positive attitude and great team spirit to every shift

• Support colleagues and adapt quickly during busy periods

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism

Previous bartending, mixology, or hospitality experience is preferred, particularly within premium hospitality or fine dining settings.

However, if you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.

Please note: applicants must be aged 18+ due to licensing regulations. it’s an active role with lots of walking, shaking, pouring, and smiling!
