Role Responsibilities 👋☕
Your day may include:
- Delivering friendly, enthusiastic customer service with a smile
- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and high-quality food
- Keeping the counter and service areas clean and tidy
- Being a positive team player with great communication skills
- Keeping mugs, plates, cupboards and fridges fully stocked
- Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends and presentation techniques
- Checking brewing equipment is working correctly and reporting any issues
- Carrying out quality checks to keep standards high
Requirements 💪
- Previous Barista experience is essential
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment (bean-to-cup trained)
- Calm under pressure during busy periods
- Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable
- A strong team player with great initiative
- Excellent timekeeping
- Comfortable being on your feet and moving around for most of your shift
