💷 Pay Rates:
- £17.14 – £20.36 per hour (depending on role & experience)

🔪 What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality dishes to specification and maintaining excellent standards
- Ensuring kitchen readiness with all ingredients available
- Leading or supporting kitchen teams during service
- Mentoring and encouraging junior team members
- Delivering smooth, efficient service — even under pressure

You’ll need:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (essential)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- A passion for food and teamwork
- Great communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Must be 18+
- Own safety shoes and knives
