Brat Climpson’s Arch is a live-fire restaurant and bar where exceptional sourcing, seasonality, and wood-fired cooking sit at the centre of everything we do. Inspired by the coastal cooking of the Basque Country and Chef Tomos Parry’s Welsh heritage, our menus evolve constantly alongside a dynamic and carefully curated wine programme focused primarily on Europe’s most exciting growers, regions, and producers.
Our wine list is a key part of the guest experience, balancing classic regions with progressive producers, rare allocations, and exciting discoveries. We are proud to work closely with some of the industry's most respected importers and winemakers, creating a wine programme that reflects the spirit, energy, and creativity of Brat Climpson’s Arch.
The wider team has achieved numerous accolades, including a Michelin star, recognition on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, multiple Star Wine List awards, and Best Restaurant Wine List at the National Restaurant Awards 2026.
