We're looking for experienced Hospitality Bar Staff who can provide first-class service to our guests while working in the exciting atmosphere of matchdays and special events.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering friendly, professional and efficient bar service to our hospitality guests.
• Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and confidently answering guest queries.
• Recommending and promoting drinks to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensuring bars remain clean, well-stocked and presented to the highest standards.
• Accurately operating tills and handling cash where required.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Following all company and unit policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver an outstanding matchday experience.

What we're looking for:

• You must be aged 18 or over.
• Comfortable serving and working with alcohol.
• Previous bar experience in a pub, restaurant or nightclub is essential.
• A good understanding of different beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and premium beverages.
• Knowledge of the correct glassware for a variety of drinks.
• An understanding of the importance of offering and promoting 0% and low-alcohol alternatives to suit all guests.
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This is a Matchday Position

Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Friday 31st July
• Saturday 22nd August

...and all remaining Birmingham City FC home fixtures throughout the season.
