We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who’s excited by the buzz of a new opening and loves creating unforgettable guest experiences from day one. Someone who can build an amazing team culture, set the tone on the floor, and turn a brand-new restaurant into the go-to spot in the neighbourhood.

You’ll thrive in the fast pace and excitement that comes with opening a new restaurant, hiring and developing a brilliant team, building local connections, driving sales, and making sure every guest walks out already planning their next visit.

💸 Salary package of up to £36,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance.
