Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Director – Global Brand & Campaigns
Location: Hybrid role with approximately 2 days per week based in London
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and creative Marketing Director to lead global brand campaigns, partnerships, PR, social and local marketing across the UK and US business.

The role will oversee Brand, Partnerships and Social while acting as a key connector between Marketing, Operations, the Creative Director and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently and effectively across all channels and markets.
Some local and international travel will be required to support venue launches, campaigns, partnerships and stakeholder engagement across both UK and US markets.

Campaign Leader:
The ideal candidate will combine strategic brand thinking with strong operational delivery, creative leadership and commercial marketing expertise.
A critical part of the role will be building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, bookings, guest engagement and long-term brand growth across all venues.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Global Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Lead the development and execution of the global marketing and campaign calendar across UK and US markets
• Build integrated 360° campaigns spanning brand, PR, social, partnerships, CRM, digital and in-venue activation
• Develop campaigns that drive both gaming participation and food & beverage occasions
• Ensure campaigns align with key commercial priorities, seasonal moments, calendar activity and cultural trends
• Drive campaigns that balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial performance

Brand Strategy & Creative Leadership
• Support the evolution of the global brand positioning and communication framework
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to ensure all campaigns are delivered to a premium creative standard
• Lead campaign briefing and creative development processes from concept through to execution
• Ensure campaigns showcase both the immersive simulation experience and the premium hospitality, cocktails and dining offer

PR, Social & Partnerships
• Lead global PR and social media strategy across UK and US markets
• Drive earned media opportunities, creator partnerships and culturally relevant brand moments
• Develop strategic partnerships that elevate brand awareness, credibility and guest acquisition
• Build campaigns that strengthen relevance beyond core audiences into broader social and hospitality occasions

Local Marketing & Venue Activation
• Develop scalable local marketing strategies, playbooks and campaign toolkits for venue teams
• Ensure global campaigns are translated into locally relevant activations for each market
• Partner closely with venue teams to identify local opportunities, partnerships, events and community engagement initiatives
• Drive consistency in campaign execution while encouraging innovation and local creativity across markets

Strategic Partnership & Cross- Functional Collaboration:
• Be a key partner to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are operationally executable and commercially impactful
• Support new venue launches and strategic business initiatives across global markets
• Lead and develop Brand, Partnerships and Social

Skills Required:
• Marketing experience within hospitality, entertainment, leisure, lifestyle or consumer brands
• Proven experience of integrated marketing campaigns
• Background in campaign planning, brand strategy and creative development
• Understanding of PR, social media, influencer and cultural marketing
• Experience developing local marketing frameworks for multi-site or multi-market businesses
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leadership and external partners
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand and performance objectives
