Lead Chef - Inspire, Lead and Deliver Excellence (£20.36 p/h)
Chefs by Constellation is Constellation's new dedicated culinary division, recruiting and developing chefs from commis to lead chefs. With opportunities across the UK, from intimate pop-up hospitality venues to major sporting events, racecourses and world-class fine dining events.
We're looking for experienced Lead Chefs to oversee kitchen operations at one of the UK's most iconic sporting venue.
This role requires a strong leader capable of driving standards, developing teams and delivering exceptional food experiences in both premium and high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Oversee food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Coach, mentor and develop chefs at all levels.
- Manage stock, ordering and budget controls.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
About You
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Head Chef or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Experience managing high-volume kitchen operations.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and decision-making skills.
- A proven ability to maintain standards under pressure.
- DBS required. Where applicable, this will be arranged through chefs by constellation during onboarding
