Junior General Manager

This position is for an ambitious Assistant Manager who is eager to grow into a Junior General Manager role with us!

As a Junior General Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of our busy pub.

This includes serving guests at the bar, helping to train and lead our wonderful team, and managing busy service periods and special events.

Your Duties and Responsibilities Will Include:

- Day-to-day management of the pub, as well as supervising the boutique rooms/apartments.

- Proactively managing a small team and leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service.

- Fully engaging in back-office operations, including rota planning and ordering.

- Ensuring compliance with all aspects of health and safety.

To Be Considered, Applicants Must:

- Be passionate about food and drink.

- Have a hands-on, 'can-do' attitude.

- Currently hold an Assistant Manager or General Manager position within a pub/restaurant environment with hotel rooms or apartments, and have at least 2 years of experience in this role.

- Have a strong front-of-house presence and be an accepted leader who naturally inspires the team.

- Possess a basic understanding of business operations.

- Love great food and good service.

- Be keen and eager to learn, and most importantly, to make people happy!
