We're looking for an exceptional Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the next phase of our growth journey across the UK & Ireland.
This is far more than a traditional marketing role.
As CGMO, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering a growth agenda that drives sustainable revenue, customer engagement and long-term brand value across our retail estate, e-commerce channels, grocery partnerships and strategic accounts.
You'll bring together Brand & Innovation, Commercial Marketing, and Customer & Loyalty to create a high-performing, commercially accountable growth engine that accelerates business performance and unlocks future opportunities.

This is a unique chance to shape the future of Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland.
You'll lead how we attract, engage, retain and grow our customer base, ensuring every investment, campaign, innovation and customer experience delivers measurable commercial impact.
Working closely with the President & Managing Director, Executive Leadership Team and Krispy Kreme's global teams, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering our long-term growth strategy.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Driving Growth
• Developing and executing a multi-year growth strategy
• Leading customer acquisition, retention and loyalty performance
• Identifying new growth opportunities, customer segments and revenue streams
• Partnering across Retail, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to drive business performance
Building a World-Class Brand
• Leading the evolution of the Krispy Kreme brand across every customer touchpoint
• Delivering impactful campaigns, activations and product launches
• Creating meaningful cultural relevance while driving commercial results
Leading Innovation
• Building an exciting pipeline of products, propositions and customer experiences
• Identifying emerging consumer trends and future growth opportunities
• Ensuring innovation delivers both customer excitement and commercial return
Accelerating Commercial Performance
• Driving growth across retail, grocery, e-commerce, delivery and gifting channels
• Leading pricing, promotions, range optimisation and commercial marketing strategy
• Ensuring decisions are informed by customer, category and market insight
Transforming Customer & Loyalty
• Owning the customer lifecycle from acquisition through advocacy
• Leading the continued development of loyalty, CRM and digital engagement
• Driving customer lifetime value through data-led decision making
Inspiring High Performance
• Leading and developing high-performing teams across Brand & Innovation, Commercial Marketing, and Customer & Loyalty
• Building a culture of accountability, creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Developing future talent and organisational capability
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded executive leader who combines strategic vision with a proven track record of delivering growth.
You'll bring:
• Significant senior leadership experience in growth, marketing, commercial or customer leadership roles
• A strong track record of driving profitable revenue growth
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Expertise in brand, customer, digital and commercial strategy
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link investment decisions to business outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience operating at Executive or Board level
• A passion for innovation, customer experience and building high-performing teams
• Most importantly, you'll have the ambition, energy and leadership capability to help shape the future of Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland.
