We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our professional hospitality kitchen, producing exceptional food for high-end events and corporate hospitality. This role is ideal for a chef with experience in events catering, particularly preparing canapés, bowl food, and bespoke hospitality menus, rather than traditional restaurant-style plated service.
What the role involves
- Preparing and delivering high-quality canapés, bowl food, and bespoke hospitality menus for a variety of event
- Taking ownership of your section and ensuring smooth, efficient service during busy event preparation
- Working closely with a skilled kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food presentation and quality
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a confident Commis Chef ready to take the next step
- Experience in events or hospitality catering, with a strong background in canapés, bowl food, and high-volume hospitality service
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable with early starts
- Passionate about fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding food
