Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6:30-14:30 or 7:00-15:00
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Location: Arla House, LS10 1AX
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy B&I catering operation.
- Deliver high-quality breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and fresh sandwich offerings.
- Manage hospitality requests and assist with in-house baking.
- Take ownership of stock control, ordering, wastage, and food cost management.
- Support P&L performance and ensure budgets are achieved.
- Lead and support a team of 8 part-time colleagues across a 7-day operation.
- Oversee catering for approximately 120 office staff and 140-200 shift workers daily.
- Manage vending operations and maintain high standards of food safety, compliance, and customer service.
- Support occasional weekend and bank holiday catering requirements.
- Build positive client relationships and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.
