Full Time

Super 8 is an independent group of unique restaurants. We believe that beautiful produce and authentic cooking can thrive in fun, atmospheric restaurants that are as rewarding to work in as they are to dine in.

We’re known for our innovative farming partnerships and progressive team development programs. Over the years, Smoking Goat, Kiln, Brat, Brat Climpson’s Arch, Impala and Mountain have earned accolades including Michelin stars, recognition in the World’s 50 Best, National Restaurant Awards and the World Restaurant Awards.

We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Butcher to join our central butchery team, supporting all restaurants across the group.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with exceptional produce, whole carcass butchery, and some of the UK’s best suppliers, while contributing to the high standards that define our restaurants.

Butcher Role:

Based at our dedicated butchery facility near London Fields, Hackney, you will work closely with the butchery team, Head Chefs and kitchen teams across the group to prepare and deliver consistently outstanding produce.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical butchery skills, a passion for quality ingredients, and an interest in ethical sourcing and sustainability.

This role could be an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to step away from the demands of kitchen service and into a more structured environment with improved work-life balance. While previous butchery experience is beneficial, we can provide training for the right person. Above all, we’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a passion for quality produce, and a willingness to learn.
