We’re looking for an Area Manager who knows how to lead from the front, get the best out of people and turn great Brasseries into brilliant businesses.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of Côte Brasseries, working closely with your General Managers to drive a fantastic guest experience, a great place to work and profit. You’ll be visible, commercially minded and hands-on, someone who can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and the detail that makes a Brasserie perform.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and inspire a team of General Managers, creating a high-performing, accountable and engaged leadership team.
• Take ownership of the commercial performance of your area, driving sales, profitability, labour productivity and operational standards.
• Coach and develop your GMs to build strong, capable teams and a healthy internal talent pipeline.
• Create a culture where great people want to stay, grow and build their careers with Côte.
• Ensure our Brasseries consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience, with high standards across food, service and hospitality.
• Use data and commercial insight to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve performance.
• Lead through change, bringing energy, clarity and consistency to your teams as the business evolves.
• Work closely with the wider business to deliver key people and operational initiatives.
• Spot talent, challenge performance and celebrate success — knowing when to coach, when to support and when to have a difficult conversation.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced Area Manager, Operations Manager or senior multi-site hospitality leader with a proven track record of leading multiple businesses and developing high-performing teams.

You’ll be:
Commercial – you understand the numbers and know how to turn insight into action.

High energy – you bring pace, positivity and presence, particularly when things get challenging.
