What you'll learn

· Sheps Wine workshop
· Brewery & Heritage tour with Moray
· Vineyard & winery visit
· WSET Level 1 Award in Wines

What you'll do

Attend training that supports the role
Train, coach and mentor new and existing team members on-the-job in:
Promote our wine offer
Maintain the service standards of selling still and sparkling wines by the glass & bottle
Ensure storage of wines the business to maintain quality
Achieve wine sales targets
Update colleagues on new wines & arrange training of them
Monitor wine sales to assist in identifying training opportunities & boost growth
Be empowered to carry out ad-hoc and on-going coaching of colleagues where they observe standards not being met
Feedback on all relevant matters concerning wine quality to managers
Be open to support and work at various events where opportunities arise

What you'll need

Love for training and coaching others.
Ability to attend events and functions where wine is important
