If you’re currently a Store Manager or an established Deputy Manager in UK convenience retail, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role with relocation support and strong earning potential.
The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy convenience store. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where commercial awareness and people management are key.

• Salary: £40,000
• Relocation Package: £4,000
• Annual Bonus: Up to 15%

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager within UK convenience retail
• Strong leadership and team development skills
