You'll Fit Right Inn...
The Inn Collection Group is a rapidly expanding, award-winning hospitality company with inns across the North of England. You will play a vital role in the marketing team to help manage the social media accounts for over 30 different inns, driving reach and engagement with our customers.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for all our social media platforms.
Manage the day-to-day scheduling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube for all 30 sites, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
Introduce a relevant scheduling tool suitable for our business and train users to ensure maximum uptake.
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand
Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
Interact with community and followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives.
Track and analyse social media performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor social media conversations, identify brand mentions, and respond to customer feedback in brand tone of voice.
Keep abreast of emerging social media trends and best practices.
Work with marketing team and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Manage and track budgets for social media activities

Strong communicator, working with others in the business to create a clear vision for social media
Methodical, organised & strong time management

Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously creating new opportunities
Creative, thinking outside the box and developing innovative content and strategies.
Requirements
Degree in relevant field (or equivalent)
Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in relevant environment
Experience executing on social platforms with scheduling tools
Confident user of Microsoft Suite, Canva, Cap Cut and similar content creation tools
Travel to sites when needed (expenses covered)
Have a genuine passion for marketing and the hospitality industry
