We need a powerhouse GM who can take the reins of our busiest Megan’s the one that never sleeps, never slows, and always brings the heat. If you thrive on fast-paced vibes, love a full restaurant, and can keep a team energised even when the brunch line hits the pavement… you’re our person.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant: leading from the front, owning the vibe, and driving the numbers like a pro. You’ll know how to maximise sales without killing the magic, keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread, and make smart commercial calls even on the busiest shifts. Smash your targets, grow your team, and build a business that guests (and the P&L) adore.

Pay

💸 Salary package of up to £55,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earning potential £76,000.
