ABOUT THE ROLE

A rare opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and versatile administration professional to join our HR team in Inverness as an Eligibility & Compliance Co-ordinator. Reporting into the Eligibility & Compliance Specialist, you will receive bespoke training and support enabling you to thrive in your new career.
The role is fast-paced and will involve plenty of variety including providing administration support for our international recruitment campaign, ensuring and monitoring that all workers have provided valid proof of Right to Work in the UK and that all qualified persons are registered with the relevant regulatory bodies on an ongoing basis.
Barchester are passionate about ensuring we conduct thorough pre-employment checks and monitor this where necessary to make sure only the correct persons are working in our Care Homes/Hospitals with our vulnerable adults.

ABOUT YOU

You're likely to join us from a Recruitment/HR administration role. To join us as an Eligibility & Compliance Co-ordinator, you should definitely have solid experience of proving administrative support in a fast paced environment.
We're looking for someone who thrives on variety so it's important that you can handle multitasking within a fast-paced, procedure and process-focused environment. You'll have great communication skills too, whether that's over the phone, via email or face-to-face, as well as impressive attention to detail and the ability to take direction from others.
