Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide a warm, friendly welcome to every customer
• Take orders accurately and handle payments
• Engage with customers to create a positive experience
Drink & Food Preparation
• Prepare coffee and other beverages to Costa standards
• Serve food items while maintaining presentation and quality
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in every order
Store Standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety guidelines
• Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
Teamwork
• Work collaboratively with colleagues during busy periods
• Support team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Assist with restocking, and general duties
